WE love the life philosophy of ‘no half measures’ here at Pillow Magazine which might explain the hangovers we often have to struggle through on a Friday morning.
Relentless energy drinks (who live by this mantra) are trying to channel this notion into something more positive however, and created the Short Stories film competition in 2010 to showcase the best young movie makers from all over the globe in the exciting worlds of action sports and music.
The competition is back – and this year’s theme is ‘focus’. Each director’s challenge is to portray how individuals live and breathe this. (Eg. us focusing on creating amazing content through a pounding headache.)
From many submissions offered to Relentless Energy, the six most interesting ideas were selected by the brand’s creative team and given the production budget to make their films.
The final winner will be selected by a panel of industry expects from the worlds of film and actions sports, including Allan Niblo, founder member of production company Vertigo Films) and Vince Medeiros, publisher of the acclaimed action sports title, Huck.
