Paloma Faith: People Might Find Me Funnier If I Was a Guy

PALOMA Faith has said that it’s easier being a funny guy than a witty woman.

The Stone Cold Sober singer made the comments while being interviewed by Robert Sheehan – who you will known from BBC drama Accused and Channel 4′s sci-fi series Misfits –  in a video for Hunger Magazine‘s website.

The actor asked Paloma what she would do for the day if she was a man.

After a very cheeky reply (watch the vid to find out what she said), Paloma added: “I think people might find me funnier, if I had the same personality but I was a guy.

“If you’re a girl with a good sense of humour you’re often perceived as mental or irritating.”

Changing the subject, Robert said: “I want to ask you about your pretty little brooch you are wearing. It looks like teeth?”

“It is teeth,” Paloma told him.

Robert asked: “Are the straight out of someone’s face?”

“It’s Shane McGowan’s teeth,” Paloma replied deadpan, referring to the singer of The Pogues.
