Focusing a little closer to home, in the description for Separation City, a movie from New Zealand that is ‘a painful lesson about how unrequited love lasts forever [whilst] requited love comes with a use-by date’.
Is this statement true? In some ways yes, as unrequited love, by it’s very nature is never really concluded or given the opportunity to become stale and boring (only in it’s repetitive nature and intensity of longing).
Starring Australian actor Joel Edgerton, this film is one to watch and hits screens in 2010.
